In March 2011 Arysta LifeScience Corporation has taken majority interest in Devidayal Sales Limited. Today we are wholly owned subsidiary of Arysta LifeScience Corporation & name of the Company would change to Arysta LifeScience India Pvt. Limited shortly. Mr. Soo Keong TAN is the Chairman in the board and Mr. Tushar Devidayal is the Country Head.

Devidayal (Sales) Limited established in 1949 is a part of reputed and respected business house in India offering products under the brand name “Devidayal Agrochemicals”. Started with mining activities and exporting ores to Japan. Agrochemicals business initiated in the 60’s with export of BHC to Russia (formerly USSR) for Locust control. Today the Company is an emerging leader in business of Agrochemical/Pesticides in India.

Certified by SGS, its modern unit is one of the few Agrochemical factories in India to get ISO 9001:2008. Company believes in Total Quality Management (TQM).

Besides having substantial domestic market share, the Company exports its products to around 38 countries covering Europe, S. America, Far East. Africa and the Middle East. 25% of its torn over is attributed to export. The Company have registered over 150 of their products overseas. For a commendable export business, the Company is accredited as “STAR EXPORT HOUSE” by DGFT. Received CHEMEXCIL award for outstanding performance in exports during the year 2008 – 09.

The Company offers wide range of Agrochemical Formulations includes Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC), Suspension Concentrate (SC), Wettable Powder (WP), Granules (GR), Water Dispersible Granule (WDG) and Dusting Powder (DP) of Insecticides, Fungicides, Herbicides and Chelated Micronutrients.
