Mr. Prem Devidayal
Director
Mr. Prem Devidayal has Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Bombay University. Mr. Prem Devidayal joined the company in 1969 and since that time, has been actively involved in grass-roots level marketing and farmer education throughout India. He initiated the company’s move to explore the international markets, which now represents over 40% of the company’s sales. Over the years, he has added several key products to the company’s portfolio and actively manages key functions of finance, procurement and import of raw materials. He serves as a director on the board of several other companies.

Mr. Ram Devidayal
Director
Mr. Ram Devidayal has a Master’s Degree in commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He has over 30 years of experience in the agrochemical industry. He actively manages all critical aspects of finance, accounting, marketing policy and administration of the company. In addition, he manages all key factory operations, including capital expenditure, production planning, product development and factory logistics. He is currently the Vice-President of the Gujarat Pesticide Formulators Association and was the President of the Federation of Gujarat Industries from 2004 to 2006. He is currently a syndicate member of Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and serves as a director on the board of several other companies.

Mr. Tushar Devidayal
Director
Mr. Tushar Devidayal has a Bachelor’s Degree in economics from Macalester College in Minnesota, USA and several years of banking experience with Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns in New York City. He is the crucial link between the company and the international market and has managed to expand the Devidayal brand extensively in Africa, the Middle East and South East Asia. He is also responsible for making key decisions concerning procurement of raw materials and overseeing domestic marketing in the South and East zones of India.
